These cupcakes are so full of healthy ingredients, that I might even treat them like a muffin and eat one for breakfast with my morning tea! Also since the caramel isn't really what you think it is, but rather another healthy ingredient - dates! The sweeteners used are natural and unrefined, so this would be a great indulgent recipe for someone struggling with diabetes.
