Corn and Double Cheese Dip
This Corn and Double Cheese Dip recipe is gluten free and versatile. When corn is in season and summer heat is on, eat it as is with crackers. Or, pop it in the oven with some extra cheese on top for a melted version. Plus, this recipe has the option to be vegan and no or low fat.
Notes
To keep this recipe vegan use vegan cream cheese and vegan shredded cheese. To keep no-fat or low-fat use fat-free or reduced fat cream cheese and shredded cheese.
