Low Fat Pumpkin Spice Muffins/Cupcakes
"These one bowl pumpkin spiced muffin/cupcakes are a snap to make. You just need one bowl to whip these gems up. Just like the ones you see in the bakery but now you can make them at home in no time at all with healthier ingredients. They come out moist and delicious with just the right amount of pumpkin spice. Great for breakfast up until dessert. I pack them into lunch boxes and send my hubby off to work with a couple. They taste just perfect alone but, if you want more sweetness, add some vanilla frosting. Bake a batch and enjoy the pumpkin deliciousness"
