Vegan Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a classic coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It's made with mascarpone cheese and egg whites, delectable dairy products off-limits to vegans. But it's not fair that vegans can't enjoy the goodness that is tiramisu. This Vegan Tiramisu addresses that problem. Made with non-dairy milk and almond milk yogurt, it's creamy and delectable. This recipe also uses dates in the cake to mimic the moist and soft texture of the ladyfingers used in traditional tiramisu. This tiramisu can be served in a large cake pan or individual cups, so you can share or not!
