White Wine Marinade

Marinate chicken, fish or shellfish in a mixture of mixture of white wine, shallots, Dijon mustard and more. This is a great, healthy way to marinate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 large shallots, minced
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 10 peppercorns, crushed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups. For poultry, fish or shellfish.
