    Low Carb Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    1. Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
       
    2. Add vinegar, mustard and seasonings.
       
    3. Blend, and then add olive oil. Blend until creamy.
