Light Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 16 ounces plain low-fat yogurt, drained
- 2/3 cup sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups light whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup strong espresso, chilled
- 2 tablespoons Tuca liqueur
- 36 reduced sugar ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup dark chocolate bits
Instructions
- Beat yogurt and sugar substitute until light. Blend in wine and vanilla. Fold in light whipped cream.
- In a small bowl, combine coffee and liqueur.
- To assemble, split each ladyfinger in half, dip in coffee and liqueur mixture and layer bottom of a 9x13-inch glass dish.
- Top cookies with half the yogurt mixture and half the dark chocolate bits; repeat layers ending with dark chocolate bits.
- Cover and refrigerate from two hours to overnight before serving.
