Ingredients
- 1 pound lean chopped or ground beef
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Pomi Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Mix the chopped beef with the breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
- Form into one-inch balls and fry in a large skillet with oil until browned.
- Remove the oil and add Pomì and the remaining ingredients.
- Lower heat, cover tightly and simmer slowly for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
