First, the chili lime seasoning – I bought mine at Trader Joes, but you can also find Tajin which is the exact same thing in the Mexican aisle at most grocery stores. And for the cheese, I recommend a handful of options: Follow Your Heart’s grated parmesan is really good… I’ve also used Go Veggie!’s grated parmesan.. And nutritional yeast if I’m out of the previous two. Add some salt, and you’ve made elote popcorn."
