Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans
- 1 can (14.5-ounces) beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 packet (1.25-ounces) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
Instructions
- Combine beef, salsa, kidney beans, black beans, broth, water, corn and seasoning mix in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve topped with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
