Pomi Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups Pomi Strained Tomato
- 4 cups water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 quart parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices toast
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In large saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
- Add Pomì, water, bouillon cube and allow soup to boil for 5 minutes. Add parsley.
- Place a slice of toast into each of four bowls and add the soup over the toast. Garnish with cheese and serve piping hot.
