Farm Fresh Broccoli Cheese Soup

"I love to make soup. It’s a perfect one pot meal that is nutritious and satisfying. What I also like about soup is that it feeds a crowd…and I like to feed everyone. I guess you can call broccoli cheese soup my Achilles heel. I love it! I also order it every chance I get when it is on the menu if I am dining out. For me, it’s one of those soups that is hearty, filling and makes me happy. As the saying goes, if mama ain’t happy, nobody’s happy."
