These sweet carrots would make a wonderful accompaniment to any grilled or roasted meat, and they can be served warm or at room temperature. The brown sugar glaze and mild flavor makes it a very kid - friendly veggie side too! I'd line the sheet pan with foil for a no mess, no fuss side dish!
