- 2 Large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh curly parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon better than bouillon vegetable spread
Instruction

First, wash and pat dry the tomatoes. Then, slice the tomatoes about a ½ inch thick or desired thickness. Aligned the tomatoes in your desired serving tray or bowl.

In a separate bowl or jar, add all of the ingredients and mix well.

Spoon the dressing over the tomatoes or tip the bowl over to drizzle the vinaigrette over the sliced tomatoes. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving.
