Toasted Sesame Kale

Make an entrée salad by adding additional vegetables, tofu, chicken, shrimp or beef.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces kale, clean and cut into wide julienne pieces (use a variety for color & texture)
- 4 ounces shredded carrots
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 3 ounces Asian dressing (ginger soy flavor profile)
