"#TacoTuesday is a special day EVERYONE should be able to participate in! By being gluten free or paleo it may seem at first that tacos are unattainable. But that is not true. Simply by using grain free tortillas (for paleo) or rice tortillas (for just gluten free), and soy free coconut aminos, these tacos are delicious AND gluten free and paleo compliant. Both types of tortillas can be bought online (see links to products in post) or in stores and are tastiest when heated up!"

I've never tried pineapple in tacos before, but I bet it adds some great flavor!
