I discovered this recipe here recently and bookmarked it as I love anything broccoli, potatoes and cheese. It seemed like the perfect combination of all the above. Today I tried it out and am so glad I did. The potatoes were perfectly creamy, hot and delicious! Just the right meal for a cold wintery day. Because I do not eat any meat, I omitted the chicken and simply added more broccoli to replace it. I am sure I will be making these potatoes soon again. They were simple to prepare and very fulfilling!
