Ingredients
- 1 pound small white potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 6 parsnips, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cans garlic and onion canned tomatoes, drained
- 2 pounds sirloin meat tips
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and heat on low for 5 to 5 and a half hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot!
