No processed concentrate, homemade, spicy and delicious! If you want to make any other flavor adjustments, here are some tips: - In the winter, go heavy on the ginger. In the summer, add more cardamom. - For a variation try adding a couple of crushed fresh mint leaves. - Dried lemongrass leaves, a few cut pieces steeped while boiling. - I also love adding cinnamon to my Chai tea latte!"
