Copycat Vegan Unicorn Frappuccino
"This dazzling drink is a healthier homemade version of the Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino that is taking over the internet. With blue coconut swirls, a pitaya pink drink, and a magical mango drizzle, this is a fantastical fruity treat! The blue swirls are colored naturally with either butterfly pea flowers, blue match powder, or even a sneaky red cabbage trick. The vibrant pink is a blend of frozen pitaya and bananas with a handful of cauliflower if you are feeling adventurous. With a whipped cream swirl, mango syrup, and a dusting of enchanted sprinkles, and you are ready to sip!"

The only thing I didn't like about the real Unicorn Frappuccino was that it didn't actually have any coffee in it--so I never got it! Maybe I can find a way to include espresso in this without it tasting weird..

Wow there's a copycat recipe for the unicorn frap! I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't really drawn to spending a lot of money on a scary looking drink but making it might be fun!

Well, since I didn't try the Unicorn Frappuccino from Starbucks, it looks like I'll be making this pretty soon!

This healthy drink recipe looks amazing, and I love the suggestions for making natural food coloring. I might even use these methods to do a cupcake frosting or cookies for the kids! I don't think I have ever came across frozen pitaya, or dragonfruit, before at the supermarkets around here though - I may have to order that online. I would love to have this as a reward after my workout, or even as a grab and go healthy breakfast!
