Carrot Coriander Tomatillo Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Kettle Cuisine Organic Carrot and Coriander Soup
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup tomatillos, roasted or canned
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ancho chile
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- Thaw soup in the refrigerator overnight or defrost in the microwave- pull back seal and microwave for two minutes
- Heat ingredients in a small metal sauce pan over medium heat
- Mix thoroughly, stirring as needed
- Bring to a simmer and remove from heat
- Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate
