Since I cannot get a message to go under "contact me", I will see if anyone can answer my questions by posting here. I am pretty new to this site and note that most recipes call for butter, bacon, sour cream, cheese, etc. and want to know how these are labelled "healthy". Also, is nutritional breakdown available .... a must for those of us who keep a food diary (a real eye opener to see what you consume). Thanks for any help you may give. F Heflin Raleigh NC
