Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 squash
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small piece of onion/green onion
- 2 teaspoons Himalayan Crystal salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- Cilantro, to taste
- Tortilla chips (optional)
- 1 dash 21 Seasoning Salute (optional)
- 1 dash Bragg's Sea Kelp Delight (optional)
- TOPPINGS:
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 celery stalk
- Squash, diced
- 7 tortilla chips, some broken up if desired
Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender, minus the olive oil.

Then, drizzle in the olive oil with the motor running until the whole mixture is creamy.

Pour into bowls and top with the chopped veggies and the corn chips!
