I don’t mean little bits of meat buried in a casserole or a stew, my family was purely a meat, potatoes and vegetable type of family. When I moved out on my own, it was only natural that I made the same types of meals that I grew up with. For those that cannot entirely give up some sort of traditional protein, fish that is sustainably caught can be a good option. This Dairy Free Salmon Chowder Recipe is made with coconut milk but if your family prefers, you can use traditional dairy milk instead. To make this Paleo, remove the corn and substitute broccoli instead."
