Ramen "Noodle" Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch ginger piece
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- Snowpeas
- Cilantro, to taste
- Chili flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Blend together half of the zucchini, miso paste, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, curry powder and salt. Pour mixture into bowls.
- Spiralize or use a mandolin to cut the remaining zucchini and carrot. Add to the bowls.
- Slice pepper thinly and chop up some snowpeas. Add to the bowls.
- Top with cilantro and extra chilli flakes.

When I saw Ramen Noodles, I was excited as I love them...but...where the heck are they in the recipe? I think I'm going to add them anyway.

Adele..Pic of recipes doesn't show any Ramen noodles nor recipe? Do you add the noodles uncooked?
